ANALISIS KUALITAS HIDUP IBU PASKA PERSALINAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KUTA TAHUN 2023

Abstract

Masa paska persalinan atau masa nifas adalah masa transisi yang rentan bagi ibu setelah melahirkan. Pada masa ini ibu dapat mengalami berbagai permasalahan baik fisik, psiskis, sosial dan bahkan lingkungannya. Keadaan ini harus segera diatasi mengingat dampak yang timbul bukan hanya merugikan ibu tetapi juga bayi yang dilahirkan dan berpotensi untuk merugian keluarga lainnya. Akumulasi dari berbagai permasalahan tersebut dapat diprediksi dengan menggunakan ukuran kualitas hidup (quality of life). Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kualitas hidup pada ibu paska persalinan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kuta tahun 2023 dengan harapan dapat memberikan informasi yang ilmiah bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk dapat mengambil langkah yang diperlukan dalam upaya peningkatan status kesehatan keluarga dan masyarakat. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan responden 60 ibu yang berdomisili di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kuta. Lombok Tengah, NTB. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument WHOQoL-BREF yang sudah tervalidasi. Hasil: 6.66% ibu dengan kualitas hidup sangat baik, 55% ibu dengan kualitas baik dan 38.33% ibu dengan kualitas hidup cukup. Kualitas hidup dari aspek sosial secara umum lebih rendah dari kualitas hidup pada aspek fisik, psikologis dan lingkungan. Tingkat pendidikan, usia, dan paritas tidak berhubungan langsung dengan kualitas hidup bagi ibu pasca persalinan.
